Some of the employees were making fun of my nephew because of his weight. Another employee don't remember his name but he was so nice and respectful to my nephew, only because of him I am giving five stars!

Ima from this location is the best at making sure customers are taken care of! I went in on a very busy Saturday and while she was working with several customers, never did I feel unattended. She was consistently making sure I had what I needed or if there was anything else she could do for us. Please promote this young lady. She represents the name/brand very well. Keep up the amazing work Ima!

Excellent service and friendliness. I was assisted by a young woman named Briana, who was very kind and professional and always in a great mood. Thank you, Briana!

I visited Shoe Palace in Chandler and had a really positive experience. The store carries a huge selection of sneakers, streetwear, and athletic apparel, from the newest drops to everyday essentials. The staff were friendly and helped me locate the size I needed while giving some solid styling advice. The store layout was clean and easy to navigate, and I left with exactly the pair I wanted. If you're in the Chandler area and looking for a reliable sneaker shop with good variety and service, this is a great stop.

Exceptional customer service and next-level attention to detail! I’m not a review person but I needed to share that we had an outstanding experience at the Shoe Palace in Fashion Square. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Their customer service is unmatched—friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in making sure we found what we needed. Management went above and beyond by tailoring their support to us specifically. They picked up on the fact that we’re big Star Wars fans and immediately connected us with their exclusive Star Wars collaboration pieces—such an awesome surprise! The product quality is top-tier, and the whole experience felt personalized and fun. This store clearly takes pride in both their merchandise and their people. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had ana amazing experience yesterday 5/6/25. I was greeted by a gentleman. Anything I asked he took care of me. I went in there to get the Star Wars Sith Hoodie when I saw it on the app. After I noticed the Jordan UNC Shirt in black. I noticed there was no XL there so I asked the gentleman and he had the lady get the shirt in the back. After I was checked out and thanked for coming in by both the gentleman and lady working. Thank you for having me and making my shopping experience a memory never to forget!!
